Flagship program
Ausbildungsvertrag Clarity
Five modules that turn a dense vocational training contract into a navigable map — for trainees, guardians, and small training teams in Germany.
What you will be able to do
- Identify the mandatory building blocks of an Ausbildungsvertrag and spot missing sections.
- Explain probation, remuneration steps, and leave accrual in plain language to another stakeholder.
- Prepare a short question list for your chamber advisor or counsel without guessing which clauses matter.
- Distinguish internal company policy from contract text that must be filed with the chamber.
Modules
-
Module 1 — Contract anatomy
Parties, training occupation, Ausbildungsplan references, and how annexes interact with the main text.
-
Module 2 — Time, pay, and benefits
Working hours, Berufsschule blocks, remuneration tables, and common pitfalls in overtime wording.
-
Module 3 — Probation and early exit
Probezeit length, notice rules during and after probation, and what “termination for cause” language usually signals.
-
Module 4 — Leave, illness, and confidentiality
Vacation minima, reporting duties, and how confidentiality clauses should (and should not) reach into exam materials.
-
Module 5 — Live document lab
Bring a redacted draft. Facilitators guide a group annotation session and individual action lists.
Instructor
Nora Weiss
Nora has facilitated dual-training onboarding workshops for Bavarian SMEs since 2016. She focuses on document literacy for non-lawyers and collaborates with external counsel when a clause needs formal legal opinion.
Informational pricing
Individual seat: €380 (five live sessions + materials). Employer pair seat: €640. Prices are informational only — no checkout on this site. Invoices are issued after scope confirmation via contact.
FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. Automatedsecure provides educational consultation and document literacy. We are not a law firm. Binding interpretations of German law belong with qualified counsel or your chamber.
Do I need a draft contract before Module 5?
Yes for the lab. If you only have an older signed copy, we can work from that, but amendment scenarios are less precise.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We do not cover collective bargaining agreements in depth. If your training relationship is heavily shaped by a Tarifvertrag, Module 2 will flag the issue and recommend specialist review rather than pretending a generic walkthrough is enough.
Are sessions in English or German?
Live cohorts run in English with German contract terminology kept in the original where precision matters. Bilingual handouts are included.
Participant notes
“The live lab forced me to mark my own PDF instead of nodding along. I still booked a lawyer for one non-compete-like sentence, which the facilitator expected.”Samir · IT systems apprentice · Nuremberg
“Short and concrete. Module 3 alone justified the seat for our HR assistant.”Ines · training coordinator · Munich
